Would have been my father's birthday. Just wanted to post a quick note about how important it is to get a colonoscopy. He died of colon cancer a little over 2 years ago. It's just so important if you are over the age of 50 or earlier if you have a family history to get checked.

Anyways, I was thinking about him over the weekend and just wanted to preach (a little) so that someone else doesn't have to go through what he did.
