down to one

Even though Rob and I like to do things in "two's" we're finally down to one house. :) We're so glad to not have to worry about mowing, updating, paying for and all the other things that go with multiple home ownership. We closed on our Urbana house today and sold it to a nice, young couple. They said this is their first house and hopefully they enjoy it as much as we did. It was a great first house, even though we are so happy to be in the family house. Much bigger and it just feels like home. :)

So anyways, just wanted to share the good news.
